Welcome to Detty December Fest – the official hub for all the hottest events, concerts, and experiences happening between 6th and 31st December 2025, hosted at Ilubirin and across partner venues. The Detty December platform is produced and managed by Livespot360 Limited (“Livespot360”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing a ticket through the Detty December website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site or attending any listed events.
1. Overview
The Detty December platform showcases and facilitates ticket sales and event listings for Livespot360-produced events as well as selected partner promoters and organisers (“Event Partners”). Each event may have its own rules and entry requirements. However, the following terms apply across all Detty December-related activities.
2. Tickets, Payments & Refunds
• All ticket purchases made through the Detty December website or official sales channels are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• Tickets cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged under any circumstances. Any unauthorized resale or attempted resale will result in automatic cancellation without refund.
• Livespot360 is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
• In the event of cancellation or postponement by Livespot360 or an Event Partner, ticket holders will be informed via their registered contact details, and refund or credit procedures (if applicable) will be communicated at that time.
• Service charges and processing fees are non-refundable.
3. Event Access & Conduct
• You must present a valid ticket and ID (if required) to gain entry.
• Livespot360 reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who violates venue rules, engages in disorderly conduct, or poses a risk to others.
• Event schedules, line-ups, and performances are subject to change without notice. Livespot360 will not be liable for any such changes.
4. Data Collection & Marketing Use
• By using the Detty December website, purchasing a ticket, or submitting personal information, you consent to Livespot360 collecting, storing, and using your data for marketing, communication, and promotional purposes related to Livespot360 and its affiliated brands and experiences.
• This may include email updates, SMS alerts, targeted advertising, and event recommendations.
• If at any point you prefer not to receive marketing communications, you can notify us at info@livespot360.com, and we will remove your information from our marketing lists.
• However, please note that opting out may limit your access to updates or special offers related to Detty December events.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Detty December website, including logos, images, text, videos, and designs, are the intellectual property of Livespot360 or its partners. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
6. Liability
• Attendance at all Detty December events is at your own risk. Livespot360 and its partners will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from attendance, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• You acknowledge that live events may involve loud sounds, crowds, and lighting effects that could affect individuals with certain medical conditions. Please take personal precautions.
7. Third-Party Events
• The Detty December website features events by independent promoters. Livespot360 acts solely as a platform and is not responsible for the conduct, quality, or fulfillment of such third-party events.
• All disputes or concerns regarding third-party events should be directed to the respective event organizer.
8. Amendments
Livespot360 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Detty December website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State.
